Try this:
Install Spybot: Search & Destroy:
Run a scan, get rid of spyware.
Defragment your hardrive by going to start, accessories, system tools, then Disk Defragmentor. Run it. Wait, and leave it alone.
BUY MEMORY, or RAM. Find out what your computer's name is. Like mine is a Compaq presario X6000. Go to bestbuy, ask somebody there about RAM, tell them whether it's a desktop or laptop, and have them help you to RAM. I would reccomened at least 1GB to speed you up.
